A MILELSTONE was reached this week for Ivan’s student Cameron, who made his first solo flight on Thursday. Cameron started flying with Ivan at the end of October last year, and made his first solo flight on his tenth lesson and with 13.9 hours of flight time – really excellent progress.

Watching the video of Cameron’s flight shows some really steady flying, smooth throttle usage and a soft touchdown right on the centreline, just as it should be. Well done Cameron.
